● Be eligible to work within the United States
● Cannot be a past employee or contractor
● Be someone that Beyond-FX is not actively recruiting or had previous dialogue about career opportunities within the last 90 days
If your candidate is hired, they must remain employed with Beyond-FX for a minimum of 90 days for you to be eligible for the referral payment.
● Be an individual (i.e., not a business entity) at least 18 years of age
● Be a legal resident of the US, Canada, the United Kingdom or the European Union
● Cannot be associated with a staffing or recruiting agency
If you and your candidate meet those requirements, please send your referrals to us! If your referral candidate is successfully hired and remains employed with us for 90 days, Beyond-FX will pay you a one-time external referral bonus.

For US residents: you must complete and return IRS Form W-9 (and any other documentation that Beyond-FX may require) in order to receive the referral bonus. The form will be supplied to you once your referred candidate has started employment with Beyond-FX. The external referral bonus will be processed within 30 days after the referred employee completes the required 90 days of full-time employment. Payments will be made on a 1099 basis and paid by company check from Beyond-FX.
For non US residents: Each country's scenario is unique, so we’ll start a dialogue with you once your referred candidate has started employment with Beyond-FX. You must complete and return any/all documentation required for Beyond-FX to be compliant with local and US tax laws. The external referral bonus will be processed within 30 days after the referred employee completes the required 90 days of full-time employment.
Please note: External referral bonuses are paid pre-tax from Beyond-FX. You are solely responsible for paying appropriate state, federal, and/or national taxes on any payment received. Beyond-FX will report referral payments to the appropriate tax authorities.
