You're a capable team member when given explicit tasks and, while still requiring some high-level supervision, you can be trusted to get the job done if you say you can, on the schedule that you estimate. You have a comprehensive understanding of the client project, the intended experience, and the expected goals of our work. You support the growth of our internal relations and skills by responsible and respectful participation and leadership (where you can), and by helping upkeep our facilities/infrastructure. You help build goodwill with our external relations through passion, respect, and responsible communications with our clients and in public domains relevant to Beyond-FX.
