You have a comprehensive understanding of the client project, the intended experience, and the expected goals of our work. You support the growth of our internal relations and skills by responsible and respectful participation and leadership (where you can), and by helping upkeep our facilities/infrastructure. You help build goodwill with our external relations through passion, respect, and responsible communications with our clients and in public domains relevant to Beyond-FX.
• At least one shipped production as a visual effects artist in games/film or two years experience in a high volume and quality output production environment.
• Must demonstrate a workflow understanding of visual effects in a game engine, such as Unity or Unreal
• Bonus: A technical understanding of shader authoring, tool & pipeline building, or other tech-artist qualifications.
